Boracay remains world's top 5 tourist destination in record for the past 10 consecutive years

Philippine President Marcos invited the citizens of the Czech Republic to visit the Philippines and experience its tourist spots and Filipino hospitality, stressing that tourism is a possible area of cooperation for the two nations. “We take pride in Filipino hospitality, and we take pride in our beautiful country. Hopefully, we will see more of your citizens coming to the Philippines. I can see that this is an area that will continue to increase for us. Come, visit the Philippines,” Marcos said.


It was announced by Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco during the Internationale Tourismus-Börse (ITB) 2024 Convention in Berlin, Germany, that the Philippines is off to a roaring start in 2024 as it records an impressive influx of international tourists, surpassing the 1.2 million mark in just over the first two months of the year. Secretary Frasco hailed the significant achievement as a testament to the country’s growing appeal as a premier travel destination.

 

Boracay is not just about strolling the white sand, experiencing water sports and scuba diving, but can be a foodie capital, hub of many of the best international restaurants

According to Noubikko, Boracay among the favourites of Europeans is propelled with sustainable interest and businesses.   It will be a kickstart after what speculators know as “could be” another tourism benchmark for Boracay Island as the Philippines’s pride among the beach resorts of global standard.
